Returns & Exchanges
All returns & exchanges require a verbal authorization before a product is shipped back to us. A full refund will be issued when an item is returned unused within 30 days of the purchase date minus the cost of the freight.
Returns will not be accepted if returned after 30 days from the date of purchase.
Equipment that is found to be faulty will be repaired or exchanged in accordance with the warranty of the manufacturer, the customer is responsible for any freight costs.
